Website and coaching terms

These terms apply to the website and the 12-week remote coaching service offered by Stowarzyszenie Silni z Natury. Submitting an application does not form a coaching contract or create a payment obligation. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you are not excluded.

Seller and application

The service seller is Stowarzyszenie Silni z Natury, operating the DROXX / Filip Droszcz service. Coaching is offered only after Filip reviews the application and confirms in writing that the service is a fit and capacity is available. An application may be accepted or declined without charge.

An accepted applicant receives the final service information and a private Stripe payment link. A coaching contract is formed only when Stripe confirms the agreed €600 payment. Stripe processes payment and issues the invoice.

Coaching scope and price

The initial coaching engagement lasts 12 weeks and costs €600 in total, paid once upfront through the private Stripe payment link.

Coaching includes an initial coaching assessment, an individual strength and conditioning programme delivered through the dedicated coaching platform, weekly structured check-ins, focused exercise-video feedback, and reasonable programme adjustments around practice, matches, travel, recovery, and training response.

The exact rhythm of live calls and response windows is confirmed before payment. The service does not include unlimited live access, emergency support, medical diagnosis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, return-to-play clearance, or a guaranteed sporting result.

Onboarding and delivery

After Filip confirms payment, he creates the athlete account and sends a private invitation to the coaching app. Accurate training context, schedule, equipment access, goals, constraints, and optional exercise footage are collected inside that app before the first programme is delivered. Footage is shared through a client-controlled Google Drive or WeTransfer link; it is not uploaded to this website.

The initial assessment and programme timetable begins after the required onboarding material is complete and usable. If the material is incomplete or inaccessible, the athlete may be asked to correct it. Material changes to availability or competition should be shared through the agreed coaching channel.

Withdrawal and cancellation

If you are an EU/EEA consumer buying online, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw without giving a reason. To withdraw, send an unambiguous email to filipdroszcz@gmail.com. Where service starts during that period at your express request, a proportionate amount may be payable for work already supplied. Once a service has been fully performed following the required request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may be lost where the law permits.

After the initial 12-week engagement, continuation is optional and agreed separately. Any pause, later cancellation, missed check-in, or rescheduling arrangement is confirmed before payment and remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Health and athlete responsibility

You remain responsible for deciding whether to perform training and for seeking qualified medical care when pain, injury, surgery, rehabilitation, or another health concern requires it. Do not use the application form to submit medical records or detailed health information.

Coaching recommendations depend on the information and footage you provide and cannot remove the risks inherent in exercise or sport. No particular improvement, ranking, selection, injury outcome, or competition result is promised.

Availability and communication

Applications are reviewed individually and do not reserve coaching capacity. Service availability, working time-zone overlap, start date, live-call rhythm, and response expectations are confirmed before payment.

The primary coaching channel is the dedicated platform and the communication method agreed during onboarding. Website examples and athlete media are general evidence and are not individualized advice.

Contact and complaints

Questions, withdrawal notices, privacy requests, or complaints can be sent to filipdroszcz@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
